Dallas Widmark, the Lodge general manager is looking forward to O’Neil leading the culinary team.

Mr. O’Neil, 39, joined the company in December of 2013 as executive sous chef and soon after earned the responsibility of overseeing banquet and catering operations. He brings more than 12 years of culinary operations experience in the gaming industry to Swinomish Casino & Lodge. Prior to working at Swinomish, O’Neil worked for Skagit Valley Casino as a sous chef.
As the executive chef at Swinomish Casino & Lodge, O’Neil looks forward to focusing on delivering high quality service and food to every guest, with the goal of being a premier dining destination in the area.
“I’m very excited about my new position and the opportunity to lead this fantastic culinary team,” O’Neil explains.
O’Neil received his Associates of Occupational Studies from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in San Francisco.
